Summary
The Department of Anthropology is seeking a one year Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor to teach undergraduate anthropology courses, including medical anthropology. Broadly trained anthropologists including those who specialize in biological anthropology or global health are especially welcome. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Required: Ph.D. in Anthropology by date of appointment for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor; ABD or Master’s degree in Anthropology by date of appointment for appointment as Instructor.
  • Consideration may be given to candidates with experience in teaching undergraduate courses; documented teaching excellence; regional and topical expertise open.
