Job Description Summary
Miami University is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Assistant Track and Field Coach to contribute to the success of our sprints, hurdles, and jumping programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Head Coach in all aspects of coaching, recruiting, and program administration, while also working under the general guidance of the Head Cross Country Coach. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the development of our student-athletes, with a specific focus on our developmental athletes, and will contribute to enhancing our training and team culture. This role will also provide valuable experience in meet management.
